Shrooms ("the game", "we", "us") is a multiplayer strategy game published by Rolling Mechanic Ltd. This policy explains what data the game handles and why. We have designed the game to collect as little as possible.
Rolling Mechanic Ltd is the data controller for the game. If you have any questions about this policy or your data, contact us at toms@pittens.uk.
The game does not require you to create an account and does not ask for your name, email address, or any other personal contact information. The only data involved in playing is:
The data above is used solely to operate the game: to run live multiplayer matches, keep game state synchronised between players, match you with other players, and maintain the security and integrity of matches (for example, rejecting invalid or abusive actions).
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. Game data is processed on our own servers hosted with our infrastructure provider for the sole purpose of running the game.
Live match data is transient and is not retained after a match ends beyond what is needed to operate the service. The device identifier remains on your device until you delete it by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the game.
The game is not directed at children under the age required by your country's data protection laws. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Because the game does not collect personal contact information or accounts, we hold no profile that identifies you personally. You can remove the on-device identifier at any time by clearing the app's data or uninstalling. For any questions about your data, contact toms@pittens.uk.
We may update this policy as the game evolves (for example, if we later add optional player accounts). Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
